James T. Keleher, Partner
James T. Keleher is a graduate of John Marshall Law School, where he was awarded the CALI Award for scholastic excellence, named to the Dean’s list, and was nominated as a Who’s Who Among Students In American Universities and Colleges. James is also a member of the International Legal Fraternity of Phi Delta Phi. Last year, James earned the Avvo 2015 Clients’ Choice Award due to the high number of satisfied clients he assisted.
James T. Keleher is a partner at Conniff Law Offices. James started his career at Conniff Law Offices as a Law Clerk in May 2005, and joined the firm as an associate upon graduation.
Because James was interested in family law prior to entering law school, he was able to focus exclusively on family law during his time at the John Marshall Law School. He also studied negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and other methods of alternative dispute resolution which have given him a well-rounded understanding of the divorce process both in and out of the court room. James has a unique combination of knowledge and interpersonal skills that make him an exceptional family law attorney.
James has specialized experience in complex divorce litigation. He has been successful at the trial level in child custody cases, and two of those rulings have been affirmed on appeal.
